  • The jig can be used on other workshop machinery like router tables with fences and band saws for re-saw applications. In certain cases, when working with larger or longer stock on table saws or router tables, we recommend using two thin rip jigs behind the blade or cutter for extra stability when feeding your stock through.
  • The Thin Rip Jig has a roller guide bearing on the tip to make feeding your stock through an easy and smooth moving process. The free rotating bearing is made from high quality materials for extended workshop use. The jig fits directly into most any standard 3/8” x 3/4” miter slot. The body is made from a solid piece of aluminum and is adjustable inward and outward from your fence depending on the width of your stock.
  • Making your thin rip cuts in this fashion allows you to cut wider boards down without getting your fingers in harms way by keep them away from the blade or cutter. The Thin Rip works much like a feather except that it doesn’t exert spring like pressure against the board. This means it can be used to make accurate, repetitive cuts since it’s essentially just holding its spot once it is secured.
  • The Thin Rip Jig acts kind of like a third hand behind the blade or cutter. With the saw unplugged simply measure from the outside of of the blade toward the tip of the (guide roller) Thin Rip Jig for the width cut you want to make. Once set, secure the Thin Rip Jig simply by rotating the large, easy to grip star shaped knob. After your first cut, reset your stock behind the blade and slide the fence over so your stock piece is touching the guide roller on the Thin Rip Jig. Lock the fence.
  • Making repetitive cuts on your table saw is a pretty straight forward process. Set your fence and feed each stock piece through the blade to achieve the same size each and every time. What if you need a series of narrow cuts that are about an 2 inches or less in width? Doing this can get tricky since you cant get your hands safely between the blade and the fence. You could always reverse measure and keep the off fall piece, but without a guide of some sort that can be inaccurate.

  • When we decided to start manufacturing aluminum tracks many years ago (well over 20 years), we thought that it was very important to do our best to keep the manufacturing process here in the United States. We are proud to say that even after 20 years, we manufacture all of our anodized aluminum track (including this Miter T Track) here in the USA. This helps our customers know that not only are they supporting the economy, but also receiving a high quality product.
  • Miter T Track is often used in woodworking applications but can be used most anywhere throughout a workshop setting. It is the ideal solution for router tables in need of a miter slot for miter gauges. The ¾” wide slot accommodates most miter gauges which makes it super handy for any workshop. Many woodworkers and professionals alike build jigs or sleds with UHMW bars on the bottom that fit right into this miter track.
  • The “T” shape on the Miter Track also accepts the T-bar. The T-bar has been designed to fit neatly into the miter track profile for use with jigs, fixtures or sleds. The T-bar is made from a solid piece of extruded aluminum and can be cut into sections and drilled as needed. Typical uses for the T-bar are fixtures like featherboards where the featherboard needs to be kept stationary to apply consistent pressure. The T-bar also works great for sleds and other sliding fixtures.
  • The Miter T Track has a “T” shape to it so that it can accept the discs on the ends of many miter gauges. This essentially means that your ¾” x 3/8” bar on your miter gauge will fit neatly into this track even with the disc on the end. Of course you don’t have to have a bar with the disc on the end. Wether you’re making a table top for your router, your band saw or simply building a sled, a standard ¾” x 3/8” thick bar will do the trick!
  • When building sleds or fixtures, workshop tables, router table tops or any type of jig or fixture that helps hold stock in place or helps feeding stock through a cutter, miter t track will help make it so much easier. Miter T Track does this by allowing devices like miter gauges to effortlessly slide through the track for cutting applications and it can also accept fixtures with the proper hardware like featherboards to keep your stock firmly against a fence.

  • 🇺🇸 Use this UHMW to make jigs and fixtures for your table saw , router table, etc. Use the 3/4" x 3/8" plastic strips to make sliding table jigs for your table saw, band saw or router table. Length of bar may vary slightly.MADE IN THE USA!
  • 🇺🇸 UHMW (Ultra High Molecular Weight) Polymer (plastic) is a linear polyethylene material with a molecular weight in the range of 3,000,000 to 6,000,000. UHMW is 10 times heavier than regular high density polyethylene making it extremely durable for constant repetitive use.
  • 🇺🇸 Even though its "slick", it does NOT leave behind any residue which means no clean up after use. We all know how residue left on a table saw can be rather irritating and even harder to remove.
  • 🇺🇸 Its also very slick in comparison to wood and other plastics. Even though its "slick", it does NOT leave behind any residue which means no clean up after use. We all know how residue left on a table saw can be rather irritating and even harder to remove.
  • 🇺🇸 The idea behind using UHMW material for making jigs & fixtures is that the material stands up to friction better than wood and lower quality or lower density plastics. This makes it ideal for sleds where repetitive sliding happens regularly

  • Our thick walled, heavy duty tracks are designed for the everyday rigors of workshop use. The tracks are made from anodized aluminum and provide you with a smooth run each time you use it. Each track is made from a single piece of extruded aluminum giving it added strength. The track has extruded lines on the top and bottom of the track for easy alignment and hole drilling purposes. Each track comes with detailed mounting instructions.
  • The mini t track side accepts ¼” x 20tpi hex head bolts. Typically you will find this style of bolt on many aftermarket featherboards and shop made work stops. This makes the track perfect for router tables, table saw extensions, band saw table extensions, drill press tables and more. The combination track measures 17/32” in overall height and is 1-3/4” in width which makes it a standard depth and width size for embedding into table tops.
  • The miter t track side of the track accepts standard miter bars like those found on many miter gauges. This size is approximately ¾” x 3/8” which is the most common miter bar size. The “T” slot accepts standard t-bars that won’t lift out of the track. T-bars are excellent for building sleds or fixtures that need to secured into the track for stationary purposes like featherboards or hold-downs. The miter track side also accepts ¾” x 3/8” UHMW slick bars, which are ideal for mobile sleds.
  • The two most commonly used tracks for woodworkers and general workshops are now combined into one ultimate and super convenient track! Having a standard miter track combined with a mini t track allows you to use multiple jigs and fixtures at once or use for quick and easy change-outs. As with all of our tracks, the walls of the track are thicker than off brands each track is proudly manufactured from start to finish in the USA!

  • When we decided to start manufacturing aluminum tracks many years ago (well over 20 years), we thought that it was very important to do our best to keep the manufacturing process here in the United States. We are proud to say that even after 20 years, we manufacture all of our anodized aluminum track (including this combination track) here in the USA. This helps our customers know that not only are they supporting the economy, but also receiving a high quality product.
  • Works with many different brands of feather boards
  • Includes; 2 ea jig bars, knobs with screws, washers
  • Use on any standard 3/4" wide x 3/8" deep miter gauge slot.
  • Excellent for attaching featherboards, hold-downs & special jigs
  • Build your own jigs, fixtures and hold- downs. This kit is a must for anyone who enjoys creating there own jigs and fixtures to make repeptive work much easier!

  • The Miter T-Bar can also be mounted upside down by cutting a dado slot into your sled platform that is the same depth as the T on the Miter T-Bar. The Miter T-Bar will then act much more like a standard solid miter bar. Using this type of flush mount may work better in certain situations when compared to the traditional method.
  • When mounting the Miter T-Bar it is a good idea to keep in mind that the “T” on the bottom of the track is approx. 1/8” tall, which is just enough to clear the t-slot on most miter slots. If mounted directly to platform for a sled, the tabs may catch and prevent the sled from sliding freely. To remedy this, we recommend using washers between the mounted track and the platform to allow the sled to slide as desired.
  • The T-bar is made in the USA from a solid piece of extruded aluminum and can be cut into sections and drilled as needed. Typical uses for the T-bar are fixtures like featherboards where the featherboard needs to be kept stationary to apply consistent pressure. The T-bar also works great for sleds and other sliding fixtures like cutoff sleds on a table saw or coping sleds on a router table.
  • When building sleds, jigs or fixtures for your woodworking projects that help keep your fixtures from moving or to help your sleds and jigs slide through a track, the Miter T Bar may just be the perfect solution. The Miter T Bar does this bit fitting neatly into most standard miter slots that measure ¾” x 3/8”. The aluminum bar can be used to slide your sleds or it can be used to lock fixtures like featherboards (when cut into smaller length pieces) in place in a miter slot.
