Make your crosscut sled to the size you want or need for your table saw and your specific cutting needs. Please Note, the bars do NOT FIT RYOBI table saw track slots.
  • The tracks that are included in this kit are made from solid extruded aluminum and are Made in the USA. Each track is cut to length for the perfect sub-fence on the crosscut sled. The included knob and bolt is for making a simple stop block which when finished, can slide the length of either track along the sub-fence. The stop block will allow you to make repetitive cuts without having to constantly move and measure the fence distance each time you make a cut.
  • UHMW bars are most commonly used as runners for crosscut sleds since they don’t produce as much friction as wood does. Another advantage is that UHMW won’t expand or contract like wood does during drastic weather changes. Each bar is approximately 3/4” x 3/8” which fits most standard table saw slots. UHMW bars are also slick and won’t leave any residue, dust or shavings behind like wooden bars tend to do.
  • Some time ago we noticed a lot of companies had UHMW bars available for purchase. While we as a woodworking company know exactly what they are used for, many novice or non-woodworkers do not. That’s when we decided to create this package with pre-cut UHMW bars, pre-cut aluminum track, a knob and bolt and an easy to understand how to guide booklet so you can create your very own, custom crosscut sled to fit your table saw!
  • If you own a table saw, you probably have come across a situation or two where you need to make smaller cuts or make cross cuts. You may also have had the need to make repetitive cuts of the same length. Making small cuts, cross cuts and repetitive length cuts is where table saw crosscut sleds excel. Crosscut sleds help stabilize the work piece and are very accurate since they are essentially calibrated to your saw during the sled building process.

Perfect for woodworking, metal working, auto body shops and more!
  • Another great feature of this pack is that they will fit in different brands and styles of t-slot track. Universal Track and Double Cut Tracks are essentially the same type of track that are designed to accept both standard hex head bolts and t-style bolts. The bolt will also fit High-end Anodized Mini T-Track with no play and provide a smooth adjustment in the track. High-end Anodized Mini T-Track accepts hex head bolts and holds better with much less play than universal or double cut tracks.
  • Many different workshop accessories use ¼” by 20 tpi bolts. Router bit guards, stop blocks, flip stops, fence feather boards, tabletop feather boards, router table fences, router table tracks, miter gauge fences and a whole lot more can use ¼” x 20 tpi through-hole knobs and bolts. The through-hole knobs and bolts are the perfect replacements for lost or damaged knobs and bolts for all of those accessories and more!
  • Typically, these through-hole knobs and bolts are used with mini slot track (NOT INCLUDED), however, the 1½” long bolts can fit through ½” or ¾” thick stock to secure or affix most any type of object. Trying to find the right length bolt is always a challenge but NOT with this through-hole knob. The top of the knob is open so that the bolt can pass through the knob no matter what length bolt you use. This makes using this knob with any project quick and simple.
  • For those of us who work in a shop environment or have a garage type workshop, odds are that you will come across an accessory or two that uses this type of ¼” by 20 tpi through-hole knob and bolt. Or maybe you like to build your own jigs and fixtures for jobs you do over and over again. Either way you are going to need a few of knob and bolts like these to secure or affix your jigs and fixtures through out your shop.

  • Constructed of durable aluminum the Fulton Taper Cutting Jig comes with an easy grip handle, adjustable 24 inch rails with fixed stop, easy-to-read graduated scale that measures 0 to 15 degrees of taper (or 3 inches per foot) and full instruction sheet.
  • Two ways to set the jig. First use the scale that has markings up to 15 degrees of taper. Second mark the starting cut at one end and then mark the exit cut at the other end of your piece of stock. Then simply adjust the taper jig to match those two marks.
  • Our taper jig will most certainly enhance your woodworking abilities and your woodworking projects. This easy to use jig is fully adjustable for right or left hand use. As well as its ability to work on either the left or right side of your table saw fence.
  • The Fulton Taper Cutting Jig has been designed to make long rip cuts at angles from 1 deg to 15 degrees using your table saw. Perfect for building woodworking projects like table legs, chair legs, magazine racks and more where slight tapers are common.
  • Table saws are designed to rip stock parallel to the fence or cross-cut stock at various angles with a miter gauge. Making long rip cuts at angles from 1 deg to 15 degrees on a table saw without a jig can be challenging and dangerous attempting free hand.
  • This robust, full featured coping sled has a laminated ½” thick MDF base that slides across your router table surface effortlessly. The sled also features a large, heavy duty hold down toggle with a 1-5/8” hold down foot to keep your stock in place. The unit also includes two large and sturdy handles for guiding the sled through the cutter. The maximum stock size is 5” wide by 1 ¼” thick. Full instructions are included.
  • Many sleds rely on the miter slot for reference. Our coping sled uses the fence as a reference instead. The Rail Guide Coping Sled Pro features a clear acrylic fence for reference which is offset and raised 2” above the base so you won’t cut into the sled. Using a fence rather than a miter bar mounted to the bottom means that you will always be parallel to the router table fence. This is a distinct time saving advantage as you will no longer have keep re-adjusting your router table fence
  • We have included a single sacrificial block with the sled to get you started with your first profile. The sacrificial block helps to prevent end grain blowout at the back of your end grain cuts. Also included is an abrasive strip that is adhered to the adjustable fence. The abrasive strip keeps your stock from sliding or wandering during the coping process. That, along with the heavy duty hold down toggle keeps your stock firmly in place.
  • The idea behind the Rail Guide Coping Sled Pro is simple; hold your rails firmly at a 90 degree angle to your router table fence so you can feed your stock through the cutter for the cleanest, squarest cuts possible. When doing drawer fronts which often times use very narrow rails, this sled will prevent your stock from dipping or pushing in too far and also keeps your hands away from harm.
  • When building cope and stick door and drawer fronts, one of the tasks that must be done is to cut the end grains of your rails. This sounds easy enough, however the narrower your rails are, the more difficult it is to hold the stock firmly up against a router table fence. Our Rail Guide Coping Sled Pro solves this issue and helps you make precise, square, clean cuts for rail and style doors, drawer fronts and most any other type of end grain cut on your router table.

When the featherboards are stacked with the included 2” tall spacers, you’ll have a full 3-7/8” worth of holding pressure height. This means you can hold taller stock for re-sawing projects on table saws and band saws! When using the featherboards separately, one can be installed into a miter slot and the other can be installed into a track on a fence.
  • What is a featherboard you might ask? Is it something I need for my workshop? Well the short answer is yes. Anyone who has a table saw or router table should seriously consider having at least one. Most work shops have more than one handy at any given time. Featherboards are simple devices that help keep your stock up against the fence your running your stock on. They generally act like a third hand by helping you control your stock while you push your stock through.
  • IMPORTANT! CHECK YOUR POWER TOOL PORT DIMENSIONS: Before placing an order, please check the inner and outer (I.D. and O.D.) diameter of your workshop vacuum ports and power tool ports to make sure the hose and fittings will properly fit and work for your needs. THE I.D. AND O.D. ON THE RUBBER END FITTINGS AND HOSE ARE APPROXIMATE SIZES AND MAY SLIGHTLY VARY.
  • Included inside the box: 1 each ten foot long 1-3/16 inch O.D. small diameter flexible hose, 2 each small flexible rubber thread-on fitting, 2 each large flexible rubber thread-on fitting and 2 each Plug-in Adaptor shop vacuum that will allow you to connect the hose to most commercial or residential workshop vacuum ports.
  • The large thread-on rubber fitting has a 1-1/2 inch I.D. with a 1-13/16 inch O.D. which works on many other power tools. The rigid plastic vacuum Plug-in Adaptor has a 2-1/4 inch taper up to 2-5/16 inch O.D. The adaptor is designed to plug into most standard workshop vacuum ports. The Plug-in Adaptor conveniently threads onto the power tool hose so it will never slip off!
  • The small rubber fitting threads on to the end of the hose and is ideal for connecting random orbital sanders, palm sanders, biscuit joiners or any other power tool with smaller dust collection ports. The small thread-on rubber fitting has a 1 inch I.D. with a 1-3/16 inch taper up to 1-1/4 inch O.D. This kit will also work with popular tools like the K4 and the K5 Pocket Hole Jig. Using this hose with your tools will keep your shop cleaner and can be quickly coiled up for easy storage
  • The smaller diameter 1-3/16" O.D. (Outside diameter) flexible dust collection power tool hose moves freely when connected to your power tools and vacuum. This gives you the ability to plug into different tools to add dust collection at a moments notice. The hose and its specialized fittings work with multiple power tools, workshop vacuums, jigs and other tools around your woodworking shop or work shop.
  • The steel miter bar is equipped with a metal, removable retaining disc that measures 7/8” in diameter and is just shy of 1/8” to fit into to the “T” slot to prevent accidental lifting when feeding your stock through. If your saw does not have a “T” slot, you can remove the disc. The steel miter bar is also equipped with spring loaded, adjustable plungers on the side of the bar. The plungers can be adjusted with the provide hex key wrench in or out to provide you with the ideal fit.
  • The head is mounted to a solid steel miter bar that measure 18” in length and is .354” thick by .730” wide. Standard miter slots are 3/4” x 3/8” with a 1/8” “T” slot (slight variances from brand to brand) running the length on the bottom of the slot. The steel miter bar is equipped with a metal, removable retaining disc that measures 7/8” in diameter and is just shy of 1/8” to fit into to the “T” slot to prevent accidental lifting when feeding your stock through.
  • To adjust the head you simply loosen the post knob handle, pull the spring loaded indexing pin outward, rotate the head to the desired position, release the pin and lock into place by tightening the post knob handle. The aluminum head has two ¼” x ½” slots milled into it for mounting a miter fence if so desired. The slots are approximately 1-1/8” from the base of the miter gauge head.
  • The .200” thick, adjustable, solid aluminum head is machined with 13 positive stop holes. 1 hole is at 90 degrees while the 6 holes on both sides are at 22.5, 30, 45, 60, 67.5 and 90 degrees. The positive stops are perfect for many woodworking projects as they are the angles that are typically used.
  • If you own a table saw and you need to make a crosscut at any angle then you know how valuable a miter gauge can be. You may also know that the miter gauge that came with your saw is not terribly accurate or durable. Not to mention that the fit in the miter slot may not be all that great as well. The Fulton Miter Gauge is a high quality, well thought out and economical solution to your table saw cross cutting needs.

  • We have also included a full color and detailed how to guide book to help you with the crosscut sled building process. Each kit comes with 2 each 19” long by 3/4” by 3/8” UHMW bars, 2 each 12” long mini tracks, 1 each knob, 1 each 1/4” by 20 tpi bolt and a how to build your own crosscut sled guide book.
  • The magnetic handle push stick is perfect for pushing stock through on a table saw. It works exceptionally well when used in conjunction with the feather board. The 4 Piece Woodworking Safety Kit includes: 1 each multi-mount feather board, 1 each magnetic handle push stick, 1 each straight handle push block and 1 each angled handle push block.
  • Soft, receptive, rubber foam pads line the bases of the two push blocks. The rubber soles make pushing and controlling your stock much easier and safer then when doing it by hand. The soles are also washable with with warm water. Must let the rubber soles dry for 24 hours prior to using them again.
  • The feather board can be used on a table saw, router table or even a router fence You can secure the feather board into standard 3/4” wide by 3/8” deep miter slots using the innovative expanding miter bars. The feather board can also be secured using the supplied t-bolts. The t-bolts can secure the feather board to 1/4” t-track slots like those found on some router tabletops and router table fences.
  • The general idea behind these safety devices is to help you guide and control your stock when feeding through a table saw, band saw, jointer or a router table. The push blocks are generally used on jointers and some router applications, while the push stick is primarily used on table saw projects. The feather board can be mounted multiple ways and works on router tables, shaper tables and table saws.
  • This 4 piece safety kit is designed to be your essential safety protection to help from getting to close to the cutters or blades on a router table, shaper, band saw, table saw and jointer. From the narrow, magnetic push stick, to the versatile feather board, this kit has all the bases covered in regards to many different woodworking applications.
  • This handy hardware pack comes with 10 through-hole knobs with ¼” by 20 tpi steel threads, 10 each 1½” long, ¼” by 20 tpi bolts and 10 each steel washers for use with most aluminum track, jigs, fixtures and accessories throughout your workshop.
  • The dual featherboard comes with all the necessary hardware to get going right out of the box. Each featherboard measures approximately 7¾” tall by 7-1/8” wide which is ideal for most workshop fences and table saw tops. Please keep in mind that some job site table saws and router tables have a short distances from the end of the table to the cutter or blade. The featherboard must be completely inside the track or slot in order for it to properly work.
  • This dual featherboard also includes 1½” long ¼” x 20tpi t-bolts. This gives you the option to mount the featherboards into small t-track slots. These t-track slots are most commonly used on router table tops and router table fences. This means you can use the featherboard vertically on a router table fence or horizontally laying flat on a router table or table saw top surface.
  • Many featherboards come with a miter bar locking system that typically do not fit very well. We identified this issue and have redesigned the miter bar making it far more secure and easier to lock into your miter track. The aluminum bar is longer than older designs and is a bit more narrow in the center. This means that when the knob is secured and the bolt is properly seated, the bar spreads out much better than before and creates a nice tight fit into your miter track.
  • The Fulton Dual Deluxe Stacked Featherboard can be used as one unit or can be separated and used for vertical and horizontal applications. When the featherboards are stacked with the included 2” tall spacers, you’ll have a full 3-7/8” worth of holding pressure height. This means you can hold taller stock for re-sawing projects on table saws and band saws!
  • The fence can be used on multiple brands and styles of after market drill press tables. Be sure to measure your drill press tables dimensions before purchasing. The distance between each fence slot (inside to inside of each slot) is approximately 8-13/16” and approximately 9 3/8” on center. Make sure your mounting tracks properly align with these dimensions and that your tracks use ¼” x 20 t-bolts or hex head bolts. Each slot is approximately 5/16” wide and 1-7/16” long.
  • The Aluminum Precision Adjustable Drill Press Fence is made from a solid piece of extruded aluminum for extra rigidity and durability. The fence has slotted holes on the back side to fit on to many different after market drill press table tops. The top side of the fence has a built-in track for adding any jig or fixture that uses ¼” t-bolts or ¼” hex head bolts.
  • The fence is secured to your table top using two sets of ¼” x 20 knob and t-bolts. The knobs can be loosened for quick adjustments to the positioning of the fence. Once in place, simply tighten the knobs to secure the fence into the needed position. The fence measures approximately 24” in length and is about 2¼” tall. It has a slightly recessed slot across the face of the fence for the PSA center finding tape measure to sit flush.
  • The fence system also includes a flip stop for repetitive drilling. The flip stop can be completely removed from the fence or it can be positioned up and out of the way when not in use. The stop works in conjunction with the center finder tape on the fence. The reason for the center finder tape is so you can accurately measure distance starting from the drill bit and work your way out from center. This method of measuring on the drill press comes in very handy on many drill press applications.
  • This is a uniquely designed uni-body, L-style aluminum fence that is completely adjustable to achieve squareness to your table top and drill bit. It not only makes drilling straight holes easier, it makes drilling taller, longer stock much more accurate. To adjust the fence, you simply rotate the pre-installed set screws inside the fence or the ones on the back side of the fence until you are square. We recommend using a machinist square to accurately do this (square not included).

Either way you are going to need a few of knob and bolts like these to secure or affix your jigs and fixtures through out your shop.

The Fulton Deluxe Featherboard is unique since it can be mounted two different ways. You can mount it into a standard ¾” x 3/8” miter slot with the aluminum Miter Lock Bar. It can also be mounted into a t-track slot using the included t-bolts. This allows you to use it horizontally or vertically depending on your table top or fence setup.
