  • Both ends of the fence are cut at exactly 45 degrees. This allows you to position the fence extra close to the saw blade (with the power turned off) so you have even more control over the workpiece you are cutting. The fence comes with a flip stop that makes repetitive cuts a breeze. When not in use the flip stop can be flipped up and out of the way. Also include are two sticky back measuring tapes. 1 tape is left to right reading and the other is right to left reading.
  • Made from a single piece of extruded aluminum, this precision miter gauge fence is not only durable, its accurate and saves setup time. The fence is designed to be used with most any miter gauge with its off-set mounting track on the back of the fence. The off-set track allows you to flip the fence for lower profile miter gauge mounts and flip back for standard height miter gauges. The fence can be mounted to older miter gauges by adding a wooden block mount with wooden screws if necessary.
  • The head is mounted to a solid steel miter bar that measure 18” in length and is .354” thick by .730” wide. Standard miter slots are 3/4” x 3/8” with a 1/8” “T” slot (slight variances from brand to brand) running the length on the bottom of the slot. The steel miter bar is equipped with a metal, removable retaining disc that measures 7/8” in diameter and is just shy of 1/8” to fit into to the “T” slot to prevent accidental lifting when feeding your stock through.
  • The .200” thick, adjustable, solid aluminum head is machined with 13 positive stop holes. 1 hole is at 90 degrees while the 6 holes on both sides are at 22.5, 30, 45, 60, 67.5 and 90 degrees. The positive stops are perfect for many woodworking projects as they are the angles that are typically used.To adjust the head you simply loosen the post knob handle, pull the spring loaded indexing pin outward, rotate the head to the desired position, release the pin and lock into place.
  • The Fulton Miter Gauge is a high quality, well thought out and economical solution for your table saw cross cutting needs. The Aluminum Miter fence is equally well thought out with its 45 degree ends for unsurpassed workpiece support and its ability to mounted to most any miter gauge. Also included is a handy aluminum flip stop for repetitive angled cuts on your table saw. Together these three items are the perfect compliment to each other for your table saw cutting needs.

  • The dual featherboard comes with all the necessary hardware to get going right out of the box. Each featherboard measures approximately 7¾” tall by 7-1/8” wide which is ideal for most workshop fences and table saw tops. Please keep in mind that some job site table saws and router tables have a short distances from the end of the table to the cutter or blade. The featherboard must be completely inside the track or slot in order for it to properly work.
  • This dual featherboard also includes 1½” long ¼” x 20tpi t-bolts. This gives you the option to mount the featherboards into small t-track slots. These t-track slots are most commonly used on router table tops and router table fences. This means you can use the featherboard vertically on a router table fence or horizontally laying flat on a router table or table saw top surface.
  • Many featherboards come with a miter bar locking system that typically do not fit very well. We identified this issue and have redesigned the miter bar making it far more secure and easier to lock into your miter track. The aluminum bar is longer than older designs and is a bit more narrow in the center. This means that when the knob is secured and the bolt is properly seated, the bar spreads out much better than before and creates a nice tight fit into your miter track.
  • The Fulton Dual Deluxe Stacked Featherboard can be used as one unit or can be separated and used for vertical and horizontal applications. When the featherboards are stacked with the included 2” tall spacers, you’ll have a full 3-7/8” worth of holding pressure height. This means you can hold taller stock for re-sawing projects on table saws and band saws! When using the featherboards separately, one can be installed into a miter slot and the other can be installed into a track on a fence.
  • What is a featherboard you might ask? Is it something I need for my workshop? Well the short answer is yes. Anyone who has a table saw or router table should seriously consider having at least one. Most work shops have more than one handy at any given time. Featherboards are simple devices that help keep your stock up against the fence your running your stock on. They generally act like a third hand by helping you control your stock while you push your stock through.

Please keep in mind that some job site table saws and router tables have a short distances from the end of the table to the cutter or blade. The featherboard must be completely inside the track or slot in order for it to properly work.
  • This featherboard also includes two 1½” long ¼” x 20tpi t-bolts. This gives you the option to mount the featherboard into small t-track slots.
  • Featherboards also help in preventing accidental kickback since they keep consistent pressure on your stock which helps you gain more control. The Fulton Deluxe Featherboard is unique since it can be mounted two different ways. You can mount it into a standard ¾” x 3/8” miter slot with the aluminum Miter Lock Bar. It can also be mounted into a t-track slot using the included t-bolts. This allows you to use it horizontally or vertically depending on your table top or fence setup.
They generally act like a third hand by helping you control your stock while you push your stock through

  • The steel miter bar is equipped with a metal, removable retaining disc that measures 7/8” in diameter and is just shy of 1/8” to fit into to the “T” slot to prevent accidental lifting when feeding your stock through. If your saw does not have a “T” slot, you can remove the disc. The steel miter bar is also equipped with spring loaded, adjustable plungers on the side of the bar. The plungers can be adjusted with the provide hex key wrench in or out to provide you with the ideal fit.

  • To adjust the head you simply loosen the post knob handle, pull the spring loaded indexing pin outward, rotate the head to the desired position, release the pin and lock into place by tightening the post knob handle. The aluminum head has two ¼” x ½” slots milled into it for mounting a miter fence if so desired. The slots are approximately 1-1/8” from the base of the miter gauge head.
  • The .200” thick, adjustable, solid aluminum head is machined with 13 positive stop holes. 1 hole is at 90 degrees while the 6 holes on both sides are at 22.5, 30, 45, 60, 67.5 and 90 degrees. The positive stops are perfect for many woodworking projects as they are the angles that are typically used.
  • If you own a table saw and you need to make a crosscut at any angle then you know how valuable a miter gauge can be. You may also know that the miter gauge that came with your saw is not terribly accurate or durable. Not to mention that the fit in the miter slot may not be all that great as well. The Fulton Miter Gauge is a high quality, well thought out and economical solution to your table saw cross cutting needs.
  • The fence can be mounted to low profile miter gauges or standard profile miter gauges simply by flipping the fence over to accommodate your miter gauge. This fence will fit most available after market and factory table saw miter gauges, however some modification may be required. Full color installation instructions are included.
  • The Fulton Aluminum Miter Fence is made from one, solid piece of extruded aluminum and has the exact same size track on the top of the fence as there is on the bottom. On the back, there is an offset track for mounting the fence to a miter gauge.
  • Many times when we make miter cuts on our table saw, we need 2 or more pieces that are the exactly same length. While using the included measuring tapes that are included are pretty good at this, we have also included a handy flip stop that locks into any location along the length of the fence. This allows you to make repetitive length cuts without worrying if the pieces will end up the same. The flip stop can can simply be flipped it up and out of your way when not in use.
  • The Aluminum Miter Fence has been cut at 45 degrees on both ends of the fence. Doing this allows you to get as close to the blade as possible so your workpiece is fully supported throughout the cutting process. Straight cut or 90 degree cut fences have a large gap between the fence and the blade because it can not get as close with the straight cut ends on the fence.
  • When cutting mitered angles with your table saw you always want to make sure that have enough support of your stock when feeding it through the blade. The table saw blade is rotating toward you at a high rate of speed and if your workpiece moves to the side, the result can be scary and downright dangerous. With the help of a miter gauge and with our Aluminum Miter Fence secured to it, you will have full support all the way up to the blade on most of your miter angle cuts.
• We have also included a full color and detailed how to guide book to help you with the crosscut sled building process. Each kit comes with 2 each 19” long by 3/4” by 3/8” UHMW bars, 2 each 12” long mini tracks, 1 each knob, 1 each 1/4” by 20 tpi bolt and a how to build your own crosscut sled guide book. Make your crosscut sled to the size you want or need for your table saw and your specific cutting needs. Please Note, the bars do NOT FIT RYOBI table saw track slots.
  • The tracks that are included in this kit are made from solid extruded aluminum and are Made in the USA. Each track is cut to length for the perfect sub-fence on the crosscut sled. The included knob and bolt is for making a simple stop block which when finished, can slide the length of either track along the sub-fence. The stop block will allow you to make repetitive cuts without having to constantly move and measure the fence distance each time you make a cut.
  • UHMW bars are most commonly used as runners for crosscut sleds since they don’t produce as much friction as wood does. Another advantage is that UHMW won’t expand or contract like wood does during drastic weather changes. Each bar is approximately 3/4” x 3/8” which fits most standard table saw slots. UHMW bars are also slick and won’t leave any residue, dust or shavings behind like wooden bars tend to do.
  • Some time ago we noticed a lot of companies had UHMW bars available for purchase. While we as a woodworking company know exactly what they are used for, many novice or non-woodworkers do not. That’s when we decided to create this package with pre-cut UHMW bars, pre-cut aluminum track, a knob and bolt and an easy to understand how to guide booklet so you can create your very own, custom crosscut sled to fit your table saw!
  • If you own a table saw, you probably have come across a situation or two where you need to make smaller cuts or make cross cuts. You may also have had the need to make repetitive cuts of the same length. Making small cuts, cross cuts and repetitive length cuts is where table saw crosscut sleds excel. Crosscut sleds help stabilize the work piece and are very accurate since they are essentially calibrated to your saw during the sled building process.

• This zero clearance insert is made from a high density phenolic material that was chosen for its ability to stand up to everyday workshop use. The insert features two Snug Fit sand-able side tabs that allow you to remove a little material at a time for a perfect fit if necessary. The insert also features a top and a side Snug Fit Screw for a tight fit to you saw with no movement!
  • Zero Clearance inserts can be used in conjunction with most any table saw blade including thin kerf, standard kerf and carbide tipped blades. You can also use zero clearance inserts with dado blade sets. The reason you would use zero clearance inserts with dado blades is to reduce the amount of tear out the dado blade set produces. We recommend that you use separate zero clearance inserts for dado blades since the gap for dados will be much wider than standard width table saw blades.
  • Another great reason to use a zero clearance insert is to help reduce that pesky and irritating tear out you always tend to get on your cuts. Without a zero clearance, the wood has no support by the blade to prevent the wood from tearing out. This is especially true when cutting plywood. Zero clearance inserts help prevent tear out by essentially enveloping the blade on all sides which doesn’t allow the wood to tear out since there is not gap between the blade and insert.
  • If you own a table saw, then you probably have had smaller pieces of wood get caught between the saw blade and the factory supplied throat plate opening. This can cause that piece of wood to jam up against the blade and go flying across the room or worse yet, right back at you. Zero clearances help minimize this situation from happening since there is no gap between the blade and the zero clearance opening. The opening is more like a custom slot cut to the exact width of your table saw blade.
  • MEASURE YOUR FACTORY INSERT AND COMPARE SIZE BEFORE YOU ORDER. Zero Clearance inserts are table saw specific. Since every table saw brand and manufacturer is different, we recommend that you measure the exact length, width and thickness of your table saw insert or opening and compare it to the size we list. Also be aware of the shape of your current insert of whether its round, square ends or if there are any indents or protruding notches. Insert colors may vary from images shown.

  • Constructed of durable aluminum the Fulton Taper Cutting Jig comes with an easy grip handle, adjustable 24 inch rails with fixed stop, easy-to-read graduated scale that measures 0 to 15 degrees of taper (or 3 inches per foot) and full instruction sheet.
  • Two ways to set the jig. First use the scale that has markings up to 15 degrees of taper. Second mark the starting cut at one end and then mark the exit cut at the other end of your piece of stock. Then simply adjust the taper jig to match those two marks.
  • Our taper jig will most certainly enhance your woodworking abilities and your woodworking projects. This easy to use jig is fully adjustable for right or left hand use. As well as its ability to work on either the left or right side of your table saw fence.
  • The Fulton Taper Cutting Jig has been designed to make long rip cuts at angles from 1 deg to 15 degrees using your table saw. Perfect for building woodworking projects like table legs, chair legs, magazine racks and more where slight tapers are common.
  • Table saws are designed to rip stock parallel to the fence or cross-cut stock at various angles with a miter gauge. Making long rip cuts at angles from 1 deg to 15 degrees on a table saw without a jig can be challenging and dangerous attempting free hand.
  • The magnetic handle push stick is perfect for pushing stock through on a table saw. It works exceptionally well when used in conjunction with the feather board. The 4 Piece Woodworking Safety Kit includes: 1 each multi-mount feather board, 1 each magnetic handle push stick, 1 each straight handle push block and 1 each angled handle push block.
  • Soft, receptive, rubber foam pads line the bases of the two push blocks. The rubber soles make pushing and controlling your stock much easier and safer then when doing it by hand. The soles are also washable with with warm water. Must let the rubber soles dry for 24 hours prior to using them again.
  • The feather board can be used on a table saw, router table or even a router fence You can secure the feather board into standard 3/4” wide by 3/8” deep miter slots using the innovative expanding miter bars. The feather board can also be secured using the supplied t-bolts. The t-bolts can secure the feather board to 1/4” t-track slots like those found on some router tabletops and router table fences.
  • The general idea behind these safety devices is to help you guide and control your stock when feeding through a table saw, band saw, jointer or a router table. The push blocks are generally used on jointers and some router applications, while the push stick is primarily used on table saw projects. The feather board can be mounted multiple ways and works on router tables, shaper tables and table saws.
  • This 4 piece safety kit is designed to be your essential safety protection to help from getting to close to the cutters or blades on a router table, shaper, band saw, table saw and jointer. From the narrow, magnetic push stick, to the versatile feather board, this kit has all the bases covered in regards to many different woodworking applications.
  • IMPORTANT! CHECK YOUR POWER TOOL PORT DIMENSIONS: Before placing an order, please check the inner and outer (I.D. and O.D.) diameter of your workshop vacuum ports and power tool ports to make sure the hose and fittings will properly fit and work for your needs. THE I.D. AND O.D. ON THE RUBBER END FITTINGS AND HOSE ARE APPROXIMATE SIZES AND MAY SLIGHTLY VARY.

  • The large thread-on rubber fitting has a 1-1/2 inch I.D. with a 1-13/16 inch O.D. which works on many other power tools. The rigid plastic vacuum Plug-in Adaptor has a 2-1/4 inch taper up to 2-5/16 inch O.D. The adaptor is designed to plug into most standard workshop vacuum ports. The Plug-in Adaptor conveniently threads onto the power tool hose so it will never slip off!
  • The small rubber fitting threads on to the end of the hose and is ideal for connecting random orbital sanders, palm sanders, biscuit joiners or any other power tool with smaller dust collection ports. The small thread-on rubber fitting has a 1 inch I.D. with a 1-3/16 inch taper up to 1-1/4 inch O.D. This kit will also work with popular tools like the K4 and the K5 Pocket Hole Jig. Using this hose with your tools will keep your shop cleaner and can be quickly coiled up for easy storage
  • The smaller diameter 1-3/16" O.D. (Outside diameter) flexible dust collection power tool hose moves freely when connected to your power tools and vacuum. This gives you the ability to plug into different tools to add dust collection at a moments notice. The hose and its specialized fittings work with multiple power tools, workshop vacuums, jigs and other tools around your woodworking shop or work shop.
