It is sized to whear a hoodie under like most construction workers wear when its cold going in and out side. It is also not to big to wear with a thin shirt but it will be loose compared to a "normal sized" coat there is like spandex around your wrist your wrist to stop blowing snow and your gloves slide on top of to seal out the weather it works great but will feel strange when you first pull it on. The zippers are big and tough. Plenty of storage wit all the pockets. The coat feels tough and looks good

Well made raincoat with some smart features, like the angled cuffs, but be aware that the size runs large. I'm a big guy and usually buy XL, but this coat in XL was entirely too big for me. There's even enough room for another person to fit in it and still zip up, so you could save money by sharing with your bro, if you're into that.

I was skeptical spending this much $$ on a rain jacket . . But it's worth every penny! As other reviews have mentioned, it's not made for warmth so a hoodie or long sleeve is recommended under it. I've worn it multiple days working outside for 8-10 hours at a time in constant rain and it kept me dry as a bone. The sleeves are designed in such a way that they keep your hands dry too which is awesome if you aren't wearing gloves. Buy it you won't be disappointed!

First, this is a raincoat. It has no lining, so it will not keep you warm if it is actually cold. That being said, it is the absolute BEST raincoat I have ever seen. It WILL keep you dry. As well as all the stuff in your pockets. And it also will serve as a good windbreaker. I have used a hoodie under it and that has suited me perfectly in the Chicago spring rainy season. As a side note, the zippers are very high quality. I have noticed that many of my previous jackets have had zippers that have jam and are hard to use. These are industrial strength, yet easy to use. It's a small thing, but important to me.

Fits well and is definitely water proof. His only complaint is that the hood zips off so the inside of the collar is a little uncomfortable against his neck. It looks great on him though and it's not too short like the description made me worry it might be

I love this jacket. It's exactly as described. It's warm, but does not make one sweaty. The sleeves form a seal around the wrists so no water drips down the arm. I like that the hood can be removed which is what won me over as I was debating on purchasing this item or a Dickies jacket with similar features that was slightly cheaper. It's a well made quality jacket.

Exactly what I was looking for. High quality wind and water resistant. Not a winter coat by any means but roomy enough for layers. Great zippered pockets. Really like the side zip chest pocket. Fits a iPhone 6s plus perfectly. Nice above waist length for use with a tool belt. Sleeves are cut back at the wrists in a V pattern to allow for more dexterity. Nice elastic around interior lining in the sleeve area. Not too tight and doesn't bunch up like a sweatjacket. 100 % pleased overall. No complaints. I bought a Large. I am 5'8" 200 pounds. Short legs Ha! so it fits very well with normal to large build upper body.

I bought this jacket for my 21 year old son. It has the fabric of the more expensive Northface jackets at a fraction of the cost. It's extremely well made. He lives in the mountains in TN and this is the perfect all weather all season jacket. For colder weather he layers with more clothes but this is his every day go to jacket. 5 stars!!

This is a very nice jacket. It is cut a little smaller than I expected but it does fit as long as I only have a T-shirt underneath. It seems to be well made and although the weather down here is still too warm (Florida) to wear a jacket I have no doubt it will protect me from the elements. Price wise I think this is a good value.

Great value for the money, and perfectly suited to warding off rain in moderate temps (45-65F). Wouldn't work against the cold without an underlayer, so buy a size large enough that you can wear a sweater or hoodie underneath if you want this for snow or ice.

I've owned a Quick Duck coat for a few years now and while it works great in the cold it's not ideal for continuous rainfall and warmer temps (you work up a sweat and rain soaks through gradually). This Shoreline jacket so far has been TOTALLY WATERTIGHT and I'm very pleased with it!

Only issues I have with the jacket are:
-the hood draw string locks don't lock
-the sleeves have a silly looking extension to cover the tops of your hands, I folded them back over themselves to get them out of the way and it seems to work fine. Maybe in gale force rain and wind these would be useful, but for me it just looks sort of WTF...
