I wear this during rain rides as well as cool to cold rides. Helps with visibility. Zipper works very well. Fabric can be easily torn. Have a lot of rips on the back after one season. I think it's from wearing a backpack when riding but no sure. Long tail in the back helps protect from wheel splash. I'll probably just buy a new one next season since it was pretty cheap. I've never washed it. I think it would fall apart.

It fits nice. Haven’t had a chance to try it out in the rain yet

I had my first opportunity to try this lightweight weight rain jacket yesterday on a charity ride. The morning was cool and rainy. In combination with the TAIGA Helmet Rain Cover Waterproof Cycling Hat, my upper body stayed perfectly dry and cozy. After the rain stopped and temps rose, I took off the jacket and just smooshed it into my frame bag. (Later, I let it dry off and refolded it. Both the jacket AND the Taiga Helmet Cover fit into the carrying pouch.
Other reviewers complained about flimsy quality and lack of ventilation. I say, if you want very light weight, completely waterproof, and low cost, this product can't be beat.
I will add that if it were HOT& rainy, I'd just wear all synthetics, get wet, and not care.

The fit is somewhat small, but it is nice that it is not baggy while biking. Be careful getting it off when sweaty...mine tore...need to not try to hold onto the wrist cuff while pulling it off my arms. Definitely works to keep rain/wind out.

This is the second one of these jackets that I have owned. This jacket will not win you any hipster cycling fashion awards. If your primary concern is looking cool, you should spend a bunch more money on something that doesn't work as well. However, this jacket *will* keep you warm and dry while adding virtually no weight to your pack. It is absolutely waterproof and windproof, but still breathable. It will keep you warm on chilly spring or fall mornings, without overheating you. The fabric is sort of stiff, which means that it does not cling to you even at high speeds or in a lot of wind. The only downside to this jacket is that because the fabric is stiff, it does not pack down into a particularly small package, even though it weighs almost nothing. I keep this in my pannier at all times for a sudden rain storm or an unexpectedly chilly morning. Highly recommend this product.

Hard to believe given that it does sort of feel like paper, but it seems pretty durable and provides good warmth on cool biking days. Cuts the wind well and the sleeves are tight enough to prevent them flapping around. It is a bit bulkier than absolutely optimal, but still I could stuff it into the back pocket of my bike shirt when it had to come off. Haven't tried it in the rain yet. It looks wrinkled all of the time (even having been on a hanger for weeks) if you care. Generally I am quite pleased with it.

I need to ride long distances in all weather. I have other jackets that cost as much as $150 but this was my jacket of choice this year. It breathes like nothing else, it folds down small, and it is as lite as paper. I've been in a few hour-long torrential downpours and I was a little damp around the shoulders at the end of the ride. It feels so delicate and fragile (It came snail-mail in a manila envelope flat as a document) I was afraid I'd tear it but I was just careful and haven't had a problem with it even thought I've ridden with a backpack most days, so it is stronger than it feels. I'll order one or two of these a year and still save money over the more expensive jackets. I'm ordering one soon, even though I haven't worn the first one out yet. Fits me well. I've found this to be the only jacket that's waterproof and yet truly breathable, everything else I've found is like wearing a hefty bag. I leave my Showers Pass at home. Appearance? I know, but it works so well I'm willing to sacrifice the sexy. It's even my best windbreaker.

Material seemed solid for the price, but sizing was weird. I am a reasonably trim but not skinny 5'11'' ~185 lbs (plus or minus 5). I ordered a large as cycling clothing usually isn't vanity sized like street clothes, and since I'm reliably a L in most cycling brands.. The jacket was too big in the torso, but oddly tight in the arms. I do not lift and don't have large arms for someone of my height/weight. Unfortunately had to return due to these sizing issues.

It's exactly what I thought it would be and what I wanted for $30. If you've ever owned Frogg Togg's it's a very similar material. It'll keep you dry but without any vents you will roast if it's not cold outside or a cold rain. The fit is snug as it should be for a cycling jacket. No fluttering of the material at high speeds. If you have larger arms you may need to size up though. For those complaining that it seems flimsy, it'll be tougher than you think.
