These are more expensive than regular suits, but they are DEFINITELY worth the extra money. Cheaper suits fade and this line of suits does NOT fade. Great product! Shipped quickly, packaged well. I HIGHLY recommend this line of suits.

Good simple swim suit... much better than the long shorts sold widely as 'swim suits'

These suits don't fall apart after a month's use. If you fitness swim 5 days a week, you will want some of these. They last so long I bought a bunch because Speedo might decide to stop making them in order to increase sales turnover.

I swim for an hour in a chlorinated pool five days a week. Stretchy suits barely last me six months. 100% nylon suits will last me a year, but the black fades to gray after six months. Now, I've just completed two years with the Speedo Endurance. It is still as black as the day I got it and it shows no sign of wearing out. I can't say it has helped my endurance any, but it certainly seems to be enduring. (Note: don't be misled. It won't make your pot belly look like the guy in the picture.)

Since my son has taken up swimming, we purchased several pairs of these for him to use at practices. They are of good quality and we hope they will last through next year's season, as well. My wife has owned Speedo brand swimsuits, in the past, too, and we have always been happy with the fit and function of them.

I've been using this suit a few times a week in a chlorine pool for about a year now and it's holding up nicely. The fit was a little snug to start out, but in a supportive rather than an annoying way and I never had any chafing, pain or irritation. The suit has held up without any apparent wearing of the material or areas that have thinned out. The one region that has started to fail (perhaps as expected) is the elastic in the waistband. The stretch has started to go so that it doesn't cinch nicely around the waist. With that said, using the drawstrings more than makes up for that and the suit would be perfectly useable without the waist elastic all together. After all, the claim about endurance really has to do with what the suit is made out of than the rubber elastic in the waist, which will inevitably lose stretch over time with chlorine exposure for the same reason regular elastane suits will also deteriorate with use faster than suits like these.

Great, as described. Fits a bit snug (minimal stretch) so sizing up would help for comfort. Endurance+ fabrics usually last me about 6 months, swimming in an indoor pool 3x/week. That's much better than any other fabric I've found so far.

After living in Europe for 20 years I HATE "American" style swimsuits. I wanted a swimsuit that would not fall off my waist and feels unobrusive when I swim in my pool. I am a solid 34 inch waist. This 34 inch suit fits very tight. I recommend a larger size than you normally take. Otherwise, its a great quality product.

I chose a five star rating for these Speedos, because the fit*, build quality and fabric are all outstanding. Having purchased many Speedo products over the years, I personally think they have gotten nothing but better. This basic pair of swim briefs features a fully-lined interior (they used to just have a lined front panel) and embroidered Speedo logo (instead of a heat transfer decal that didn't last very long).

*When I say the fit is outstanding, that is with the caveat that Speedos always feel very tight if you buy the same waist size as you would for Levis, or whatever. I have a 32 waist and buy 34 in Speedos, which works fine for me. They are tight and very secure, with nothing hidden. If you are a larger size, like a 36, you may want to order even two waist sizes larger. Bigger than a 36? You may want to opt for board shorts - just kidding, but you probably get my jest!

this isn't a swimsuit i would normally wear at the pool or beach - this suit is designed and works for my 5 a.m. one-mile swims - when no one is around - i live in a warm clime and use a 58,000-gallon heated outdoor saltwater pool for my workouts

i have another Speedo that i use, but it is mid-thigh length and feels a bit constrictive - this typical race/workout suit is exactly what i was looking for - less constrictive, well-constructed, good fabric that should hold up to chemical immersion, and most important, a good price (i had sticker shock when i saw how much these suits go for nowadays)

the workouts are doing great now!
