We bought this trampoline about 1.5 years ago as we were worried about the safety of our hand me down trampoline and it was highly rated. Our older son uses it daily and is very acrobatic pulling off moves I've never even thought of. He is now 15 and 6' 140 lbs. Both boys play on it regularly. We have had times with a bunch of kids playing on it and luckily no injuries of any sort (fingers crossed). Recently had a couple of parts get out of sort and contacted the manufacturer. Nothing major, just some bending on a few pieces and one joint cracked. Michael in their service department was incredibly responsive and the parts were all covered under warranty (bonus!). Totally satisfied customer. I was not paid for this review. I just believe you need to give kudos where they are due for great service. Thanks Michael!

The price is great. The actual mat and spring quality is also good.

The padding didn't last us 1 year before it began shredding and tore. We removed it because it was safer without it. I still haven't found a replacement that is good quality for the prices. The metal tubes and foam for the netting is poor quality and didn't last long before needing replacement. We moved last year in April and then my mother passed away. I put off putting the trampoline up in our new house because of the personal things we had going on. This year I decided to put it up, but realized in the moving process some screws were lost and some of the netting tubes were bent badly during use of the trampoline (from the kids falling on them) and can't be attached correctly now. They bend very easily because they're made of thin material. They also don't attach very well (they're not sturdy when attached) and easily bend and one even broke right off!

They also don't even sell the foam separately, so I was told to contact my local hardware store for that need. In order to replace the items I needed I had to call customer service at Summary. I think there's one person who answers the phone and he's young and a little rude. The manual didn't make it very clear which parts I needed for a particular item and I called to ask two separate times. He wasn't helpful at all and kept telling me to just download the manual and figure it out myself - but I had already done that and that's why I called to ask for additional help. My warranty ran out in February of this year (2015) so I had to pay for the replacements.

It's costing $50 to replace 4 bottom tubes (the part that connects to the trampoline and goes up to attach the netting) and in order to just get a couple of new spacers and screws for attachment, you have to purchase a brand new parts kit which is $25. I'm kicking myself for not doing this last year while it was still under the 2 year warranty!

Customer Service: (5 out of 5 stars)
I bought this trampoline around November, as a Christmas present for the kids. I had it delivered to my neighbor’s house. Over a month later, on Christmas Eve, I assembled the trampoline only to realize that there was a hole in the box and 4 springs were missing. This was obviously UPS’s fault, it was packaged well, but the box was damaged in transit. I emailed customer service and they sent the springs with no questions asked. I was actually expecting to explain why I waited a month to email them, but I didn’t have to. Not more than 2 days later, the springs were delivered. This company provides the best customer service that I have experienced. This says a lot about a company, especially one that sells online.

Quality: (5 out of 5 stars)
I purchased this trampoline because it had an excellent max weight limit. It is made of solid materials and the assembly is nearly error proof. Now that I have it, I can say that it is incredibly sturdy. I have no worry that it is going to flip over or anything of the sort. 5 months later, it shows no signs of wear or rust. The enclosure is still in perfect condition.

Noise: (5 out of 5 stars)
I have read a few reviews that mention this trampoline is loud. This (as well as any other) trampoline can be loud, but only when it is not level. I noticed that it was on the louder side on Christmas, but the day after, I whipped out the string level, the string and hand shovel and made it more level. This reduced the noise level by 95 percent. My trampoline is now the quietest in the neighborhood.

Value: (5 out of 5 stars)
I am not an employee of Ultega. I work at a bread plant, and as many people can probably guess, it sucks. Needless to say, I value my money because I work hard for it. In my head, I instantly convert money spent into hours of my life. I get upset when my kids scratch a $22 dollar Blu-ray by playing Frisbee with it. Not because they destroyed a Blu-ray, or even because they were playing Frisbee in the house, but because it cost an hour of my life to purchase that Blu-ray that they just destroyed. I dig through the shelf at the grocery store to purchase the prettiest loaf of bread, and expect a lot for my money. With that being said, this is by far the best $400 I have ever spent. The quality is superb, the customer service is second to none and I am yet to encounter a single problem with the company, its service or product.

Received our trampoline exactly the day it was projected to be delivered! All the pieces were in the one box though my husband damaged a few springs while putting it together and there was one small piece that was broken. I immediately called Ultega and they were AMAZING! Such great customer service! Michael, the guy I spoke to immediately ordered the pieces I needed that my husband damaged and the one piece that came in the box damaged. I received them one week later. Assembly of the trampoline itself took from start (opening the box) to finish about 1.5 hours. The directions were easy. My two boys ( 3.5 & 5) have been enjoying the trampoline for about a week and a half! The price I paid on Amazon was the best deal I could find and I am thrilled with the customer service. I read some reviews that certain parts such as the netting didn't hold up after a couple years, but quite frankly I find that reasonable of its continuously out in the elements. I would recommend this trampoline (14 foot ) to everyone!

We purchased this for our kids for Christmas, unfortunately we hadn't had a chance to get it set up until March. When we finally did, we screwed up and ended up over stretching some of the springs. I emailed customer service late on a Sunday afternoon to see how to get replacements. Michael responded within 10 minutes and is sending us new springs. While the instructions aren't the best, its sufficient if you have an idea what you're doing (we had no clue - I suggest watching the video other reviewerst suggested), the product itself doesn't appear to be cheaply made, its priced well, and you just don't find excellent customer service like Ultega's very often anymore.

This trampoline was a great investment towards my grandchildrens entertainment until repair parts are needed....i replaced the mat once and the pad twice. But now the poles and net need replacing and it's going to cost $195.....$50 less then a brand new trampoline would cost me!. Disappointed!

I don't often write reviews but I'm genuinely disappointed in this product. I've had it two years. The first year I had 2 welds break that hold the cross bar to the legs on. Well now in year 2 I just got done repairing a third broken weld and from the looks of it I'll have another to fix before the end of summer. The spring pad is shot as are the pads on the poles that hold the net up. Admittedly it does get a ton of use but I was expecting more for $400. I had previously purchased one from the store Sam Walton started and it lasted almost 4 years and was a third of the price.

This was our first trampoline, and it worked nicely for us. We got it for my daughter, who was 4 at the time. She got bigger, as did her little sister. They're now 5 and 7.

We used this trampoline every day during summers, and it held up pretty well. I did have to replace the springs after 2 seasons, which cost me about $100. 2 seasons later, they need to be replaced again (only one season on new springs, but the kids are heavier now), but it's now time to replace the whole thing.

The netting has fallen apart, and at this point, it no longer makes sense to repair it. It's time for a new one.

This was perfect for our little ones, but we now need a heavier-duty tramp.

We bought this trampoline to replace another that actually still had a lot of life left in it. I was concerned about durability and quality, but I didn't want to spend $500 on a trampoline when my kids will probably outgrow it within the next 3 or 4 years.

I've got to say I'm pleased with the product and support. We purchased in Sept 2013, and the tramp is holding up well. The kids use the daylights out of it, and nothing's gone wrong in 7+ months. Sometimes we probably go over the official weight capacity, but the support structure has never seemed overloaded.

When we first received it, no one was available to help assemble it. I have put together 2 others, so I did it myself. If you're experienced, you can probably do it alone. At one point, my preteen held the frame steady while I added a leg, but it wasn't really necessary. I will also add that there were two pieces missing: a clip to secure the leg to the base, and one of the 20+ locking nuts. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent the parts quickly with no hassle. Good customer service.

I was looking for a sturdy quality trampoline at a generic price. This one fits the bill.

I was very happy when I received this product. The materials safety net, the traponline mat, springs, etc seemed to be great quality. Assembly was difficult as expected when dealing with metal poles. They are extremely rigid and take some elbow grease to get them properly connected. As others expressed the holes in the pipes did not line up so I could not use all the screws to secure the poles that hold the safety net. I was very happy with the product overall. I took it down around Sept/Oct for the winter.

I re-assembled it around May/June. This is my second year with the trampoline and everything was fine until last week. While dissassembling it for the winter I noticed that several of the pockets on the safety net that connect to the poles have melted through due to sun exposure. I attached the pictures as customer product images. I live in Northern Virignia, the Sun isn't terrible but we did have a few hot days. My area is shaded but not completely shaded. I would estimate it got around 8 hours of direct sunlight daily. I contacted Ultega and they are denying fault and say it's not covered in the 2 year warrenty.

They will replace the pieces at a cost, otherwise it would be junk.
