I got this on the recommendation of a YouTube nail channel. I like it but you must understand it's meant for like 1 day of use. You maybe can squeeze another day of use out of this if you avoid soaking your hands like when you wash dishes. It peels off in one piece usually and doesn't leave a residue. It is much gentler on the nails.

Absolutely love this - it's seriously the BEST peel-off base coat ever. Other peel-off base coats have the consistency of Elmer's glue and don't last very long. This base coat holds on until you decide to remove it. Just use wood or metal stick to get underneath and pull it off. I do my nails a lot so it's really nice to be able to remove quickly without using a lot of acetone. This even works under gel polish, which can be a pain and quite damaging to remove. The consistency is kind of watery, so it's easy to use a little too much at first, but that's easy to adjust. It even came with a bottle of a matte green polish, which is also really nice.

The concept is great. If you don't really do a whole lot or you don't plan on wearing a manicure for very long, then the peel off base coat is good. If you're very active and/or you plan on wearing your manicure for a while, the peel off base coat isn't gonna work. Does go on nicely and is easy to peel off. Have used it with both gel and regular polish.

Excellent product! Ships fast from China! This isn't for manicure you want to make last a long time, this is a product you use to make removal easy. I love my live, at home, "peel pron," as the YouTube nail divas call it! Best of all: it works under gel manicures! No more long soaks in acetone! This stuff is the best-- as long as you like to re-do your manicures often.

I LOVE this base coat! First of all, it works perfectly for my glitter nail polishes. It comes off when I want it to. Except for at the beach because sand won that round. Also, I was not expecting for it to come with extra items. It came with a glitter nail polish and a sample for toner. I was very excited. I'm still excited and will definitely be ordering it again when I run out.

I bought this due to all of the hype about it and I'm only giving it 4 stars because it didn't meet up with my expectations. I will say this: the product came fast and had nice packaging and is easy to use, however it peels off in pieces, almost like it's chipping which is a look I was hoping to avoid. It also is risky as you need to be reeeeally careful with your nails or they may crease or peel off without you wanting them off yet. I appreciate that I dont need to hurt my nails with remover though.

So I started using this product around the same time I started using a new nail oil. But I noticed that the skin around my nails started peeling a lot when I wore this product. It cleared up few days after I took this polish off and didn't continue while I used the nail oil so I'm pretty sure I had a reaction to this product. It made me so sad too because it came highly recommended!

It goes on easy and I really like the wider brush. It seems to be holding my polish well too. One of them just popped off, however it came off completely in one piece so I consider that a good sign AND that I just need to practice and get the hang of it since this is my first peel off base coat that I have tried. It was only one nail and the rest have stayed on perfectly fine and I am not the type of person to take extra caution with my nails. So far I am really pleased with it!

I found out about this product from a YouTube channel (Simply Nailogical) and decided to try it, since I frequently change my nail polish. Also, I adore glitter polish, which is very difficult to remove, so I thought this peelable base coat would be great for that. I opted to do a trial by fire and polished my nails with the chunkiest, most difficult to remove glitter polish I have (Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure in Mermaid's Tale). The first picture is of my nails polished with this lovely, yet stubborn glitter polish. I left it on for two days and started to peel off the polish. To my great delight, the polish peeled off in one piece (see second picture - so satisfying!). That was not the case for every nail, but with the help of an orange stick I was able to get all of the polish off relatively easily. I couldn't see any discernible damage to my nails, either. I am pretty impressed with this base coat! It didn't lift around the edges at all until I was ready to take it off, and stood up to the most ornery glitter polish I own. It's got to be healthier for your nails to not have to use acetone every time you change your polish. I probably won't use this every since time, but I will definitely use it for glitters and hard to remove polishes, and when I want to change my nail polish frequently.

Just a note - it does come from China, but I received it much sooner than the estimated delivery date, and it was packaged very well in a sturdy bubble container.

I also found out that this base coat can be used as a top coat over nail foils! It won't crinkle or dull the foil at all. Brush on one coat, let dry and then use your favorite top coat (I use Seche Vite). See the picture of the silver foiled nail for reference. Amazing!

I had problems with this peeling off after a day or two and finding little fingernail polish chips everywhere. After trial and error, I found that I could make it last longer.

1) Make sure your nails are really clean. Wash them with hot soapy water before applying Ready for Takeoff. Any type of oil residue from cuticle cream, lotion, or food grease (I am guilty of this) will keep the product from adhering. [Edit to add: a swipe with acetone over your nails is helpful].

2) Apply a thick coat. I have no idea why this works, but in my observation thin coats pop off easily.

[EDIT] 2a) WRAP YOUR TIPS! WRAP YOUR TIPS! but not with the UNT basecoat. Only with polish! This helps the edges from snagging on stuff and lifting the basecoat off. You may have a little polish leftover at the tip when you peel off, but meh, still easier than doing all of your nails with acetone.

3) Be cautious if you use Seche Vite. It shrinks around the edges and I suspect it pulls up on the basecoast. Make sure you're apply your Seche to the colored polish on top only.

4) Apply another layer of topcoat and WRAP TIPS after about 2 or 3 days of wear. Again this will help protect the edges and keep peeling from happening. As I'm writing this I'm on day four of a mani and I'm planning on doing a top coat tonight.

You're welcome. :)
