Sizing is right and pants are what I expected. I do suggest getting a pair one size longer on inseam than you would normally buy. They are almost a bit short when riding. The wind blows them up above the boot laces when using without leather chaps.

My regular jean size is 3432 and I ordered the same. The waist has a little give. however, they fit perfectly around the legs and joints. The armor in the knees is substantial but movable and the Kevlar on the back of the jeans seems to be well placed. The stitching is great and did I say the jeans are very comfortable. I will definitely buy another pair especially at 70 bucks.

Uncomfortable fit
Not ment for cruisers knee pad way to high
And I normally wear a 36 x 34. I ordered a 36x34 fit fine. Only Great for standing and not moving. Seriously.
On heals fwd it high rises on cuff to shin.

Shipped with armor in one knee only. Email took several days for a response that they would "look" for some armor. Crickets for two more weeks. Feel that I need to return them now.

Awesome jeans! I wanted a pair of protective jeans to wear when I'm out on the bike. I'm 5'11" appx 195lbs and I normally wear a 32/34 or a 33/34. I ordered the 34/34 and they fit perfectly. They're pretty thick and the knee pads are very comfortable. The jeans look great! Slightly baggy which is the way I like them. No complaints here..

As jeans, these seem to do fine. They fit me properly, they're nicely styled, and I've even gotten compliments on the look of them.

As riding gear, they're a bit sub-par compared to other riding denim, even in the same sub-$100 price category: the Kevlar coverage is minimal, especially in the seat; it's applied in a bikini shape leaving your hips exposed to abrasion rather than shaped like boxers as most jeans have.

The CE-rated knee armor, while well-placed (at least in my case - see other reviews) protects just the knee; my shins are on their own. And because of the padding around the armor pocket, my other armor doesn't fit under these jeans comfortably with the stock armor removed.

They lack the mesh comfort liner of most Kevlar jeans to mitigate heat transfer and help air circulation while you ride so you stay cool, so I wear these when it's a bit cooler.

These are a step-up from riding in Levis or other street denim for not much more than some people spend on fashionable jeans, but there is room for improvement; for another $20 or so you can avoid the shortcomings these have, but if price is your primary concern better these than riding unprotected.

Ok first a bit of creds, I just turned 60, yet I still regularly ride my CBR1000RR.
Being a little more conservative in my riding now and the fact that my full leathers just do not fit
like they once did and properly should; I bought a new riding jacket and wanted something more casual to complement them and provide some protection.............hence the Bilt Jeans.
Save your money......just buy a good pair of Carhartt or others heavy weight denim jeans with double knees and put the savings in your pocket. These jeans are not even heavy denim. I would say it is stretching things to say "medium weight" The Kevlar liner is pretty ridiculous not really covering areas where a down Rider would need skid protection. The knee pads are 1/4 thickness and if you were in a Bicycle accident they would probably provide the wearer with adequate protection. It is obvious to me that whoever designed these jeans has never even spoken to someone who had to get off a motorcycle at speed. But....you got me.....I paid the exorbitant shipping rates charged and even coughed up the $70 bucks for the jeans...but believe me...............it only happens once.
