Today I’m spending my extra time catching up on some living history sewing because
our beautiful children won’t stop growing. Exhibit A: My son’s suit that fit perfectly in September.
Good thing I left some room to grow in Maggie’s clothes!

I try to be crafty, I have a sewing machine that my grandma gave me that I want to use sometime soon. I’ve been wanting to make my son a blanket for his bed. I think that will be my first project on it. I can’t wait to get started.

Just consider it to be more accurate because I’m sure kids have always been outgrowing their clothes and wearing ones that don’t fit perfectly, esp. back when new clothes were a much bigger extravagance.
