Good morning friends!
Just a quick post to share that we’ve decided to reschedule this week’s Jane’s cup of Joe for next friday.
Between snow days, sick kids, and all sorts of surprises, we needed a change in plans!
So how is your week going?
How do you keep your life in balance between work and family?

I think with the furlough being an actual reality for our DOD civilians, that was a bad choice of word for your blog title. These are people being forced into 21 days of non-work, non-payment(reduced) periods. Your radio show does noy financially support your family like that of DOD civilians.

We all face the effects of the upcoming furlough. The title of the blog post is fine. I’m glad to see that someone is actually paying attention to what is going on in our world instead of ignoring it. Try not to be so sensitive. If you want to be angry with someone for the furlough, write your congressmen.

Considering the show speaks of current events, she was using a current event creatively in the title. That’s all. I agree – if you’re angry/upset, writing your congressmen your thoughts might help.

Sometimes its nice to take a breather and reschedule something specially when sick kids are involved.

Nope. Still going with bad title choice. Not sensitive or angry, just considerate of the civilans who have families that this will affect. The comment section of this blog is open because the author wants feedback, so I am giving constructive feed back. If it offends you all, maybe you should not be so senstive.

Thank you for continuing to remind us of the events of this week. This is a great topic for next week’s show.
lol blessings and well wishes to those affected by the furlough/lay off/sequestration. (I think she actually wanted to know how everyone’s week was going and keeping balance in your life. Thanks for your opinion but it’s a good title that could be used as a platform to talk about what is going on.
I think IF anyone was more considerate of the DOD/civilians it’s the military. They do
Lot along side and for our service members, with that being said great choice for a title, ESP since 4 out of four opinions that mattered voted
