There is something a little different about this little chick…
We’re not sure why, but his Mama decided he was a little TOO different…
So we decided to adopt him…
or rather he has decided to adopt us…
And yes. We named him Kevin.
(Just in case he turns out to be a Mama too.)

Love!!!! My mom named her dog Princess Diana. We call her Dippy due to her personality and the fact none of us want to call her by her full name!

Kevin is very cute, he’ll fit right in. I just name my pets after civil war songs. Miss you guys. Safe travels to your family and Kevin!

Our black lab was named Chief after the Celtics center Robert Parrish (whose nickname was Chief). Fit well when we continued the Celtics tradition with our oldest Willy (named William Russell after legendary Celtics center Bill Russell) and Sam (Sam Jones was a Celtic, too.) ha ha – we’re goofy in our own way!

Love this!! My sister has parakeets and one is Kevin and the one is Russell. I knew right away when I read the tittle you named something after Kevin from Up.

I’m curious, are you planning on living on base with a chicken? Because many don’t allow them (our included)and I want some SO badly. So I’m curious how you plan to do that.
