Encouragement, Family

Today I’m am officially declaring war on the laundry…

no really… it IS going to happen…

I mean it…

and I’m going to finish all of the dishes…

every. single. last one…

hey – who’s snickering way in the back?

Then I will make sure I have enough time to decorate my house with lovely valentine decorations…

Martha Stewart will be proud…

and then I shall completely domesticate these three creatures into fine examples of gentile society…

Yes yes indeed…

Oh yes… and one more thing…

I shall add Nutella to the grocery list…

Yes yes… my beloved scrumptious Nutella…

and I shall pin this idea onto my “Ode to Nutella” board on pinterest.

And we will all live happily ever after in the land of Tir-na-Nog.

The End.

What’s on your to do list today?

How many times a week do you find yourself declaring war on the laundry?

When do you start putting up Valentine decorations?

We don’t have kids yet so we only have to do laundry every two weeks. It’s nice. Especially since neither of us are ever home.

I love this :) I have had a constant declaration of war with the laundry for at least 7 years now…and clearly I am losing. Someday I’ll get ahead…

And as for Valentine decorations, is it sad that I don’t have any? We may have to remedy that this year because I am really in a decorating mood. I think I see some Pinterest time in my near future… :)

I started putting up Valentine’s day decorations a week ago! But we’re going to be going on leave over V.day so I have to enjoy them early since we’ll be gone. Good luck with your to-do list!

I have never decorated for Valentine’s Day, but now that Pinterest has a tight grip on me, I think it might be unavoidable…

Trying to get my new blog setup and all of my email addresses switched over to the new one. Made it to the gym so that was a plus! :)

My daughter’s birthday is a week (or so) before Valentine’s and I decorate the house with pink streamers for her birthday JUST SO that I can leave them up for Valentine’s.

I just read today in the Rachel Ray magazine that the Nutella made in Europe actually tastes much better than the slop we get in the US. Apparently they use a different oil in the manufacturing on different continents. I hope you don’t go through withdrawl when you return stateside.
