Today I’m catching up on my neglected household chores…
(a naturally occurring side effect of a whole lot of volunteer time during the past week!)
like putting away the last of the groceries…
and washing my beloved yoga pants…
So I got to thinkin – it’s been a while since I asked for some feedback from all of you!
What do YOU think of my lil ol spot on the web?
I’d love to hear what keeps you coming back and suggestions for how to improve!
Also – how did you discover my blog? Have you shared it with your family and friends?

I’m a fairly new milspouse (Army). I’m always online looking for advice and genuinely interested in other spouses’ experiences. I like meeting spouses who maintain their identity and sense of self while living this life because, from what I’ve noticed around me, it just seems like some people after becoming a milspouse just seem to lose themselves–get lost in this Army Wife Life. In simpler terms, your blog is refreshing

I love that you find the positive side, the laughs, or the beauty even in the tough spots. I love your photography. And learning about the military life that I’m still new to.

I love it because I feel we have lots in common, and also we were stationed in Baumholder from 02-06. Your blog is nostalgic because they were some of the best, most easy, simple years. We really slowed down because you don’t have the busyness that America has.
Sometimes I love that the majority of your blog posts are short, I can read them when I have a sec between diaper changes, naps, checking my kids homework etc… but sometimes I wish you would have a few longer ones in there every few days with some “meat” in them, do you get what I’m saying? Your longer blog posts are some of my favs.

I can’t recall how I came a crossed your blog but I found it when my husband decided to join the military too. He is now in the Army and has not left for training yet. We are definitely joining the life late. Our oldest is going to be 18 this January. I would maybe add a little longer blogs and a little more meat as Sarah had said but I have to say I love the blogs. Because of your blogs and Sidnie which I love to read about too along with many others! It helps me as we make this transition to military life. I love the pictures and desperately want to buy a great camera to post great pics too. I have a broken camera and am saving to buy a great one. I have begun my own blog because of yours and the inspiration you put into my little life. I work at the county court office and share your blog with all who will listen. I enjoy checking first thing in the morning to find what you have added from earlier. It brings joy and happiness to me. I feel like I already know you and your happy little family. Please keep blogging and including all of us. Thanks!

I don’t even remember how I came across your blog, but it has been a favorite ever since! I love your way with words and your photos. I also love that I can come to your blog and relate, since I to, am a military spouse/mom. I love that you are honest in your experiences. I truly just love your blog!

I can’t remember how I came across your blog, but it was probably through another milspouse blogger. I’m new to your blog but so far I like it pretty well! Do you have any posts to catch me up on your adventures overseas? We’ve only been stateside (And hope to stay that way because we have two big dogs that would be very expensive to ship overseas, if we could take them at all.) so it’s always fun to hear of others travels!

I love reading your blog. I used the monster spray idea the other night when my youngest had a bad dream. So we have sweet dreams spray!
We were in Ansbach so I love the pictures of Germany.
You blog is very encouraging!
Keep up the good work.

Simply, it’s nice to know that you are out there in the same shoes (eventhough all milspouses ‘know’ that there are others out there), but it’s just helpful to see the success you have with your “lil ol corner” and how it reaches so many.
