Would you like to know how I make Philly Cheese Steaks in Germany?
It all started last summer, when I was pregnant with Madeline…
Seriously – I was craving these every 10 – 14 days…
That and Arby’s Beef n Cheddar – but that’s another story…
*grin*
Have you ever noticed these in the freezer aisle?
Yeah – I recommend buying them in pairs.
(Then they don’t get lonely in the freezer.)
Oh – And don’t forget the onion…
that is if you like grilled-in-butter-onionslike these…
Mmmmmmm….
Now throw a slice of beef in the pan and let it cook…
Shimmy the pan a little so it doesn’t stick…
You can pretend you are a professional skillet-shimmy-cheftype person…
Then carefully scoop up the meat and flip it over…
That’s it…
Once all the meat is cooked, I use a scissors to cut the meat into small pieces.
Yes I said scissors… I LOVE using a scissors in the kitchen!
Mix it up with the grilled onions…
Now throw it back in the hot pan and add some American cheese…
mmmmmmm I like pizza sauce on mine…
Some folks call this a “Pizza Steak”
