Sickness and burnt Oatmeal

The past few days, I have been spending extra time with my oldest, Jacob,
who has come down with a nasty case of the croup….

Which if you aren’t familiar, is a really nasty cough and a high fever that lasts about two days…
Then a lingering cough that can hang on for about 2 weeks…

And so, my dear readers, I didn’t have the time to finish up my “Coupon post” for this Monday!
And I haven’t had time to read all of the 100 Blizzard Bloghop posts from this weekend!
But I will be back on track very soon…
once I scrub the charred remains of boiled-over-oatmeal from my stove…

What are you tackling this week?
What are some good ways tor clean that charred stuff off my stove?
(Because soap and water are NOT working…)
