Oh this is good. And it freezes well too!
This month I am trying to clean out my freezer and pantry for ‘Operation Defrost’.
This recipe is pretty easy to make ahead of time for the freezer!
AND it can be made with whatever veggies you have on hand!

I just stumbled on this recipe and I LOVE it! I will definitely be making it and freezing some of it! Plus I love having pre-frozen homemade meatballs on hand. I just saved your print off of this and am going to add it to my recipe folder!! Thanks!
