I love soft pretzels…
every little german bakery sells them…
so I buy them quite often…
for my kids of course…
so when I noticed a recipe for soft pretzels on Annie’s Eats?
I immediately clicked *****PRINT*****
(note: I added only 4 cups of flour not 4 and a half)

Here we divide the dough into pieces…
I once saw someone at Auntie Annie’s slice dough with a pizza cutter…

Just one question….did they have kosher salt at the commissary or did you substitute something else?

i think they have it — i got some kosher salt from my neighbor
OH! and REMEMBER to add the 4 TBs butter!!! it is listed in the ingredients, but the directions never mention when to add….
my first batch was without butter – tasted great but were hard as a rock next day!!!
second batch was with butter – tasted great and lasted 2 more days!!

Yours look good. So, they are just that easy, huh? Just a little time consuming? I'm thinking pretzel sticks.
Oh, yeah, do they taste like Auntie Annies? I need to warn the kids otherwise I get…"Mom! These don't taste like Auntie Annie's." Which then makes me want to bop 'em one. You see where I'm going with this right.
Thanks!
